Some incredibly talented cake-bakers were showing at the Cake Decorating & Baking Show at the Excel Centre in London last week. With designs ranging from dragons to tigers, crabs to KFC buckets, there were some unbelievably realistic works of art – all made from edible cake and icing! It’s amazing what can be done with icing.
